Using available documentation and a preliminary site visit we can provide valuable insight into a land parcel's capability to accommodate the use desired by the Client. This low cost tool can assist a Client in deciding to proceed with a purchase contract and more detailed studies.

Flood Hazard Studies

In November 2007, NJDEP promulgated sweeping regulations for evaluating flood hazard areas and related "riparian buffers". Pequest Engineering can assist the developer in navigating these regulations and in evaluating constraints properly. In-house computer capability includes detailed floodplain delineation if needed

Site Plans

Pequest Engineering has provided site plans ranging in size from the individual house to a 100,000 sf manufacturing facility. With our diversity, we are capable of providing most of the necessary services from concept to construction.

Stormwater Management

NJ has mandated that all projects over an acre in scope provide comprehensive stormwater management controls aimed at enhancing runoff quality, providing peak flow attenuation, and maintaining groundwater recharge. Pequest Engineering has acheived project approvals on both the State and local levels.
